These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websitedesignfordentists.com website and the web design, development, and marketing services (“Services”) provided by Websiteo Plus (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We design, build, and maintain websites for dental practices, including but not limited to custom website design, development, hosting coordination, SEO, and related digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project will be outlined in a separate proposal, quote, or service agreement provided to the client before work begins.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, and timely feedback needed to complete a project. Delays caused by late client responses may extend project timelines accordingly. Clients are also responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content, logos, or materials they provide to us for use on their website.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules and amounts are set out in the individual project proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, and outstanding balances are due upon completion or as specified in the agreement. We reserve the right to pause work on any project with an overdue balance.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website design and custom content created specifically for their project. We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets used (stock photos, plugins, themes, fonts) remain subject to their original licensing terms.
5. Website Maintenance & Support
Unless a maintenance plan is included in the service agreement, clients are responsible for ongoing website updates, backups, and security monitoring after project handoff. We are not liable for issues arising from changes made by the client or third parties after delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver reliable, high-quality work, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic, or patient bookings, as these depend on factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or website.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice as outlined in the applicable service agreement. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
