Generic template — invisible on Google
The existing site was a shared dental template used by 60+ practices. Google treated it as low-quality duplicate content. The practice had never ranked on page one for any cosmetic dental keyword in Beverly Hills or Los Angeles — despite 15 years of operating in the market.
Custom copy + local SEO architecture
We wrote 18 pages of original, keyword-mapped copy from scratch — each page targeting a specific service and local search term. We implemented dental schema markup, local citation structure, and a technical SEO foundation built for dental keywords.
PageSpeed of 41 — losing mobile visitors
The old site scored 41 on Google PageSpeed on mobile. With over 70% of dental searches happening on mobile, this meant the majority of potential patients were bouncing before the page finished loading. Every second of delay was costing the practice bookings.
Optimised build — 99 PageSpeed score
We rebuilt from scratch with performance as a core constraint — optimised images, lazy loading, minimal JS, Cloudflare CDN, and a clean Elementor build with no bloated plugins. The new site scores 99 on mobile PageSpeed and loads in under 1.2 seconds on 4G.
No conversion path — visitors left without booking
The old site had no online booking, a buried contact form, and no clear call-to-action on any page. Visitors who were interested had no easy way to act — and most left without contacting the practice at all. The site generated fewer than 8 inquiries per month.
Conversion-mapped layout + booking integration
We placed a clear CTA on every page, integrated NexHealth online booking, and designed each page with a single conversion goal. The before & after gallery was given a dedicated page with consultation CTAs. Inquiries went from 8 to over 50 per month within 60 days.
