Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the terms for payments made to Websiteo Plus (“we”, “us”, “our”) for website design, development, and related services (“Services”) for websitedesignfordentists.com clients.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer, major credit/debit cards, and other methods specified in your project invoice or agreement. Payment details will be provided at the time of invoicing.
2. Deposits & Payment Schedule
Most projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due according to the schedule outlined in your proposal or invoice (e.g. milestone-based or upon completion). Deposits secure your place in our project schedule and are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Late Payments
Invoices are due by the date specified. If a payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to pause active work, delay project delivery, or suspend hosting and maintenance services until the outstanding balance is settled.
4. Refund Policy
Because our work involves custom design and development time, payments for work already completed are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before work begins, any deposit paid may be refunded at our discretion, minus any costs already incurred.
5. Recurring & Maintenance Billing
For clients on a maintenance, hosting, or support plan, fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as agreed). Recurring plans can be cancelled with notice as specified in your service agreement; fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable.
6. Price Changes
Pricing for one-time projects is fixed once agreed in writing. Pricing for ongoing plans (hosting, maintenance, SEO) may be updated with advance notice before renewal.

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
